Our brains don't intuitively grasp compounding, which is why waiting until you have a 'proper' amount costs more than starting small. Local rules do differ, so Her Legacy Program covers local regulations for the UK, Switzerland and the EU specifically. If you're elsewhere and want to check the fit before joining, book a free call and ask.
Investing is not haram in itself — how you invest is what determines that. Leaving money idle doesn't put you outside the question either, because your bank invests it on your behalf, often in ways that aren't halal. Managing wealth is a responsibility we will be asked about. What we teach is the framework for investing in a Shariah-compliant way; we don't issue rulings on specific investments, and for anything you're unsure of, take it to a scholar you trust.
Yes, and we teach it that way. Sustainability, divestment and boycotting are covered openly inside and outside our courses. Choosing what your money does and does not fund makes investing a form of financial activism rather than a compromise you make quietly.
Riba is usually translated as interest, and it is prohibited in Islam — which is what makes most conventional savings accounts, loans and financial products difficult to use as they are. What we teach is how to understand your own options and make your own decisions — which is the part that lasts. Investing carries risk, including the loss of capital.
No, and we never hold your money. We teach you to build and manage your own portfolio; the account stays in your name, with your broker, under your control. That's deliberate — the goal is that you don't need us afterwards.
