These terms govern your use of herislamicfinance.com and the courses, community and coaching HerIslamicFinance offers through it. By using the site or buying from us, you agree to them.

Educational content, not financial advice

Everything Her Islamic Finance provides is education. None of it is personal financial, investment, tax, legal or Shariah advice.

We teach principles, methods and frameworks for halal investing. We do not know your full financial circumstances, and nothing we publish, teach or discuss is a recommendation to buy, sell or hold any specific investment. Before acting, consider taking advice from a qualified professional who is regulated in your country, and from a qualified scholar on questions of Shariah compliance.

Investing carries risk, including the risk of losing money. Past performance does not predict future results. Any figures used in our materials are illustrations, not forecasts or promises. You are responsible for your own investment decisions and their outcomes.

HerIslamicFinance is an educational provider. We are not a bank, broker, portfolio manager or licensed financial adviser, we do not manage money on your behalf, and we do not receive your funds for investment.

Buying a course or programme

Prices are shown at the point of purchase and are payable in full unless an instalment plan has been agreed with us in writing. Course access is granted to you personally once payment has cleared.

Our programmes are delivered online through our learning platform at learn.herislamicfinance.com. Where we describe access as lifetime, we mean for as long as we continue to operate the programme.

Cancellation and refunds

If you are a consumer, you normally have 14 days to withdraw from a distance purchase. Because our courses are digital content delivered immediately, that right ends once you start accessing the material — by purchasing and opening the course you ask us to begin straight away and accept that you lose the withdrawal right at that point.

If you have bought a course but not yet accessed any of it, contact us within 14 days at [email protected] and we will refund you in full.

Coaching sessions can be rescheduled or cancelled up to 24 hours beforehand. Sessions missed without notice are treated as delivered.

None of this affects your statutory rights if what we supplied was faulty or not as described.

Your account and the community

You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for everything done through your account. Course materials and community access are for you alone — please do not share logins, recordings or downloads.

Our community exists so sisters can learn openly. We ask everyone to keep it respectful and supportive, to avoid promoting products or services without our agreement, and not to present themselves as giving regulated financial advice to other members. We may remove content or access where these terms are broken.

Intellectual property

All course materials, written content, images and branding on this site belong to HerIslamicFinance unless stated otherwise. You may use them for your own personal learning. You may not copy, resell, republish or redistribute them, or use them to build a competing offering, without our written permission.

Third-party links and services

We link to brokers, platforms, tools and other websites for education. Those links are not endorsements, we do not control those services, and we are not responsible for their content, terms or how they handle your data. Check them yourself before using them.

Availability

We work to keep the site and courses available, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. We may update, suspend or withdraw any part of them, and we may change these terms — the version published here is the one that applies.

Liability

Nothing in these terms limits liability where the law does not allow it, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud. Subject to that, we are not liable for investment losses, lost profits, or indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the site or our materials.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of Switzerland, and its courts have jurisdiction over any dispute. If you are a consumer, this does not remove the protections you have under the law of the country you live in.
